Call for Papers
Effective leadership is an asset to all institutional organisations. In this current pandemic climate, the need for successful leadership is even more acute. Smooth running of education systems helps to facilitate teaching learning processes that can produce optimal results for learning institutions. These institutions face many challenges, so building leadership capacity can help to inspire leadership skills and qualities that bring long-lasting benefits to managers, educators and administrators. Learners stand to benefit from such an approach because it is geared towards promoting talents and capabilities, which in turn empowers learners to become productive citizens. All are invited to participate in this conference. Participants are encouraged to develop a paper based on the conference theme, Building Leadership Capacity: 21st Century Imperatives for Managers, Educators and Administrators.
